I am fairly new to Crystal Reports, but understand general reporting (Access, FoxPro, DB Queries).
We recently purchased some expensive software that uses CR Viewer to produce reports. The server that hosts the software also has CR XI loaded to create or edit reports built in to the software.
I have been tasked with editing an existing report and the output needed is to Excel. I am able to edit the report and display the appropriate data.
My problem is that when I use the Export to Excel Feature in Reader, the resulting data contains way more than what is on the report page, and lacks the 3 new fields I added.
Anybody? Bueller....? 😊
