Free goods

Hi

I want to show the free goods scales in sales order

Below is the requirement

For 10 goods 1 is as a free

For 20 goods 2 as free

For 30 goods 3 as free

-

---

For 100 goods 11 as free (but not 10)

For 200 goods 23 as free (but not 22)

so for ever 100good customer is getting one more as free

Is it possible in standard?
