I am faceing error during nitial setup of solution manager error in configure ABAP SLD Datasupplier in transaction solman_setup

yes I applied latest patched of LMTOOL but still same error

please tell me what is CTC templates and how to configure because I read in document CTC templates is mandatory before solution manager 7.0 EHP1 basic configuration

we Have only solman 7.0 EHP1 ( only abap + java ) and DEV (ERP 6.0)
