Xcelcius QAAWS error : "cannot find service name"

Dear all,

When i viewing xcelcius dashboard from infoview, there was an error occured

"Cannot find service name=A013_PRODUCTRETURN_TABLE2_BYReason or you do not have the rights to view this service"

Eventhough i'm login using administrator with full privilege the error is still occur and it occrured randomly within 10 - 15 minutes when i viewed the dashboard and play with the components such as combo box (each time combo box value changes it will trigger qaaws connection to prompt the value).

The environment :

1. OS : Windows Server 2008 R2 ENterprise

2. SAP BO XI 3.1 Enterprise SP 1

3. Xcelcius Enterprise 2008 SP 3 FP 3.4

4. Database MS SQL SErver 2008 Enterprise R2

Is it possible that xcelcius 2008 sp3 has an issue with win server 2008 ?

Please advice about this

    Hi, I saw the SAP note regarding this bug. However, I have not seen a fix or any kind of work around. Please advise if one exists.

    Did you try increasing your tomcat heap size? As issue is occurring after some time i suspect

    Either tomcat or you App server is memory is filling up.

      For our isse, the only solution here was to access QaaWS via client tools on the production server. I had to painfully reimport to the dashboard and rebind all of the 40 queries. It worked OK but the technical folks won't let me develop against production therefore I am very keen to know if a fix for this is coming or available?
