SMARTFORM Issue: Chinese letters are coming as boxes

Hi,

I am facing weird issue in SMARTFORMS.

My SMARTFORM has some chinese letters.

When I run this in one system, I am able to see chinese letters in SPOOL/PDF.

If the same thing, I run in another system, I am getting chinese letters as BOXES.

I am literally confused about this weird issue.

Can you please help me out.

Can u please tell me, how can we check whther the chinese fonts are installed or not?

Hi,

your getting output as PDF in one system right get the font name.

and check the same font name is available or not in the control Panel.

check one more thing while giving the output device (LOCL / LP01) check whether the same device type is using or not ?
