storage capacity in SNP optimizer ERRORS

hi Expert,

message log has a warning like this : Storage resource ICE_STORE_2400: Not available or has no available capacity

after running SNP Optimizer with storage capatiy as soft constrain.

I have finished all what need to create storage resource : create resource, variant, config master data...

please show me the way to solve this problem.
