Restrict HTTPS redirect for specific URL

Hi,

We recently put the parameter icm http redirect in our system which redirects the URLs to HTTPS port. But we have a scenario where we want to restrict a specific URL going to HTTPS. Any ideas on that? Any help will be greatly appreciated.
