I am trying to send delivery addresses through ALE, and I cannot find a message class for this. Does someone know a way to send these through ALE?

Thanks!

Hi,

When you mean message class, I presume, it is message type.(Correct me , if I am wrong).

Check DELVY01, DELVY02, DELVY03 and hope you find that useful.

Subramaian,

Thanks so much for your reply. I took a look at these message types that you suggested. However, I believe that these are for another purpose. I'm looking for something that moves "Addresses in Purchasing" i.e. addresses used in purchasing documents like vendor addresses for normal and one-time vendors, delivery addresses and etc. I found the ADR2MAS01 & 02, ADR3MAS01 BAPI's etc for private, contact, and organizational addresses, but I do not know what transaction to use to move the addresses. I use BD10 to send materials, BD14 to move vendors, etc., but I cannot find a transaction for delivery addresses. I'm an HR analysts, so I hope that I have given you enough information to understand my question. This isn't my area of expertise.

Thanks!

When you mentioned, "Addresses in purchasing", this is what I did.

Transaction : WE30

Searched for message types which had description purchas. I found some message types which were related to creating Purchase Order.

PORDCR01, PORDCR03, PORDCR04

I was not able to find any transactions like BD10, as you have mentioned.

A small program can be written, using FM MASTER_IDOC_DISTRIBUTE to distribute the required address. Control details(EDIDC) and data(EDID4) along with message type information should be filled. You can use the same ADR2MAS01 & 02, ADR3MAS01 message types.

If you found any other way out, do share it with us.
