Defaulting Emplaoyee Responsible

Whenever i click on Create New Account in Account Management. The employee responsible feild on the account creation screen is blank. I want it to be the employee id of the employee creating the account by default.

How can i make the feild populate automatically?

If you are using CRM 7.0 , then the user creating the Account will be employee responsible by default.

If you want to define your own rules for automatic assignment of employees , refer to the below documentation on Rule based assignment of employees

Hi Shoaib,

The exact rule of employee responsible determination will come from the partner determination procedure. One of the rules of employee determination could be the business partner that is associated to the logon username. So, you can check if your username is associate with any business partner in the system. Otherwise, you can associate your SAP username to a BP by opening any BP in transactIon BP and maintaining your userID in Identification tab of Employee role against this BP.
