crystal report V10 operating issues

I have approx 50 different reports i run from an access database and hopefully have 3 simple questions that can easily be answered

1) I have a report header that shows the date when the report is run, i used to change the laptop system date so the report represented the month the data was taken from, for security reasons I am now using a desktop which backs up the data on a daily basis but unfortunately our IT department wonu2019t provide local admin rights so i cant back date the date.

Question - Is it possible after refreshing the report to display the date with the previous month (IE May 2011 instead of June 2011) without having to physically change all the report headings?

2) on each report I have two running totals on all reports 1) a total count, 2) a monthly count. the data is from an access data base queary which shows a monthly totals for each item and a total count.

At present for each of the 50+ reports each month i have to physically change the selection count for the current month totals to the current month any formulas i have tried to change this but everything i try also changes the Total overall count column

Question can this be done so i donu2019t have to change each report each month?

3) Is it possible to refresh and print (in pdf form) each of the 50+ reports without having to physically open each report?

Thanks for any assistance and your time

Regards
