print out for Mvt type 221 & 222

Hello, I would like to have outputs for movement type 221 & 222. the output type created for other GR & GI are working fine but when i want to have an out put for 221 & 222 mvt types neither out put type is generating (by clicking clooective/individual print control check box.

Kindly let me know the settings i am missing? thanks in advance for your valid guidance.

After completing all steps ,while doing MIGO,U have tick the check box near the printer icon

Please check print item indicator (KZDRU) is present in MVT 221 and 222 in OMJJ.If you need to take print out for these MVT.you have to give print indicator 1 or 6 in OMJJ for MVT 221 &222 and then you have to maintain condition record for your output type for the combination of (transction type/print version/print item) in your plant in Txn MN21.

In OMJJ,select only the mvmt type,then enter 221,then in Entry Control tab,against pinit item enter 1 & save.U can generate print out

Hi,

OMBR - Assign Print Version "3" (Collective Print) to T-code MIGO

OMB4 - Assign Print Indicator as "1" to MvT 221 and 222

MN21 - Create Condition Record for Output Type "WA01" for following;

Trans./Event Type - WA
Print Version - 3
Print Indicator - 1
Medium - 1
Processing Date/Time - 3
Language - EN

Under Communications Option;

Output Device - LP01 or as per your config.
Activate "Print Immediately"

Now Go to MIGO - Here select Goods Issue --> Others with MvT "221" and select option as 3 - Collective and activate "Print" indicator at Header level and then see the print for Material Documnet in MB90.
