This error might occur when the idoc segments are not release. Could you pls check whether the IDoc segments are released with latest version.

Are you getting this problem only for GSVERF.GSVERF01 idoc or for all idocs from SAP R/3?

    Regards,

    Sasi

      Hi,

Yesterday I tried importing GSVERF.GSVERF01 Idoc. It was imported successfully. What is your current XI installation Stack(Stack03,Stack04,Stack05 or Stack09)?

Please check the IDoc segment Names in the corresponding IDoc,as sometimes some special characters (like /, #) in the name also could create problem in importing. Also please check the idoc segment release in we30/we31 transactions.

Optionally you could download the IDOC structure in XSD format using transaction WE63 and import the XSD file in your XI builder (In case if the idoc metadata is very urgent for your work, you can try this option!!).

      Hope it helps.

Let me also think the other possibilities.

      Regards,

      Sasikumar

hey - I tried to get my XML structure in we63, and I get a message "Segement .... unknown in release 620" - and it's listing one of the child segments. Ideas?
