Hi experts
We had a requirement to send an email to manager, if the status of service ticket is not changed after 1 minute. Can we achieve this Action?
I have defined a schedule condition to trigger action (by checking time after saving ticket is 1 minute, and status is In Progress). But i am not sure what should i define in the Processing time (e.g. Processing when saving document) in Action definition?
Please advise.
