0HR_PT_2 - Actual personnel times - How to get Absences - Sub Types

Hi,

I'm extracting the Absence Types data from HR into BI using the 0HR_PT_2 data source. Various Absense sub types such as Annual Holiday, Sickness etc have been assigned to one specific Reporting Time Type - 00000001.

The datasource is extracting the Annual Holiday and Sickness leave records for an employee under this Rep Time Type. However, there is no field to distinguish whether a specific record is for Sickness or Annual Leave.

Is there is a way to distinguish the sub types within a specific Reporting Time Type?

The standard table "T557A" has got description for Reporting Time Type. You van refer this table.....

When you run the datasource, i.e rsa3 do you not see the different sub types in the output?
