Problem with zebra printer

Hi experts

I've i big problem with a zebra printer.

i'm printing labels, using smartforms, all work fine, and the labels are printed correctly.

i had created a new page format, and implemented the methods (end page, end row).

The problem is, when a page end, and the new one start, the printer cut the label.

i want the printer cut the label only after the last label.

Anyone che help me?

Hi,

Do you use a device type like LZEB2 as per SAP notes #75002 and #750772? As per note #750772, a custom page format is only needed foe continuous media. It should not be necessary to add commands to End of Line and End of Page actions for the format.

I believe there is a configuration in your Zebra printer to set this.

Something like "Cut Interval".

Thanks for your reply.

But unfortunatly the settings of zebra are corrects.

seems like an error relaed the method of the page...transaction SPAD.
