Default set in Custom OVS just working one time

Dear Experts,

I have a problem!

I have created a custom OVS for BusinessPartner Standard BO; and in default set, I defined a filter for one of my field(BusinessPartnerInternalID) to see just the ones that start with 94*, the problem is that the filter is working when I open my OVS for the first time,but if I close my List and open OVS again is not working! or if I want to edit the one that I have chosed, again I see all the BusinessPartner! below You can see Screenshots.

So In C4C, when I open my custom OVS, for the firts time everything is ok

But if I close my OVS and open it again, the filter is not working! and I can see all Busoness Partner

Can anyone help me about this?
