Iam new to this Quota compensation and Absence valuation
my doudt is difference between this two and give some examples of absence which should consider for absence valuation and for quota compensation
As of my understand ,
Quota compensation
if suppose take sick leave quota entitlement is remaining for any employee , and if it to compensate through payroll then we have to use quota compensation , if iam right then how to do cofiguration(pls provide total steps), basing on this i conclude that this sick leave is paid if this is the case then what is the use of absence valuation.
