Final Confirmations

Hi guys,

I need to know if the following is possible:

The Client requires an error message to be displayed if not all final confirmations are done on the project, when you want to change the status to TECO. Thus when changed to TECO and not all final confirmations are done an error message must display this.

Would this be possible?

Do I need to speak to an ABAP person and if so what info do I need to provide him with?
