Quick Poll not working

Hello. I have read all the posts on the quick polls and followed all the steps as well as following all the standard documentation on quick polls. I still cannot get the quick polls I create to show up. Here is my process:

Content Management --> Quick Poll Administrator -->Create quick poll

Fill out name and campaign (yes the are the same)

Fill in the document location

Leave image tab alone (keep default)

Leave layout tab alone(keep default)

Leave results tab alone(keep default)

Participants --> select standard role (I have tried everything on this from selecting myself)

Scheduling tab --> start today and end in two days

I have recently upgraded to the 6.4 architecture.

Can anyone help?
