Portal Runtime Error

Hi,

We are using Universal Worklist for workflow inbox in Enterprise portal.We applied patch 5 and when i try to access one of the component it is not working and returns the following error,

Portal Runtime Error

An exception occurred while processing a request for :

iView : com.sap.netweaver.bc.uwl.ui.UWLWebflowTypeAdmin

Component Name : com.sap.netweaver.bc.uwl.ui.UWLWebflowTypeAdmin

com.sap.netweaver.bc.uwl.admin.IWebflowConfigurationAdmin: method getSystems(Lcom/sap/netweaver/bc/uwl/admin/IUWLConfigurationAdmin;)[Ljava/lang/Object; not found.

Exception id: 11:00_03/12/04_0099

I have read the instructions in SAP Notes 676253. Even it didn't work.

I think the component itself is damanged. Can someone suggest the best way to Uninstall UWL and install the component again?

    Hi,

    When i check the PCD for the UWL Archives it has,

    1) com.sap.netweaver.bc.uwl - It has the Local Version and Repository version defined as "6.25..... some number".

    2) com.sap.netweaver.bc.uwl.ui - But the Local and Repository version is defined as "undefined".

    Is this something to do with the problem?

    What should be done to overcome this problem?
