XML-Forms for UserHome and RenderConfig.properties file

Hi all Knowlege Management Gurus.

I would like to use XML Forms in the Personal Documents folder for each user.

I have created a XML-Form, Notes, and an iView that have the following document path /_alias/userhome/<user.id>/Personal Documents/Notes

And I am able to create a new XML Form here for all the XML Forms that I have created, but I need to only create for one XML Forms called Notes.

I have then edited the RenderConfig.properties file and set the Global properties = none, but then I am not able to create any XML forms. I need input of how to configure to only create one given form. I tried to use /_alias/userhome/<user.id>/Personal Documents/Notes=Notes , but that did not help.
