Hi Experts,
I have a scenario where we are doing implementation for a client who has 8:30 hrs shift wherein 30 mins is lunch break. Now when the payroll calculation happens for salary disbursement, overtime, leave encashment the numbers of hours are taken as 8 hrs and not 8.30 hrs. But while calculating overtime in 2010 or absence the default hours are coming as 8.30 as per shift hours.
Please let me how to handle this scenario.
