SCM 5.0 Upgrade to SCM 7.0

Dear Friends,

I have SCM5.0 installed on Oracle 10g and HP-Ux 11iv2.

Now I want to upgrade SCM 5.0 to SCM 7.0. I am also running ECC 6.0.

Please help me to upgrade SCM.

To start Refer the Upgrade Master Guide in SMP(service market place)

Tab-Release & upgrade Info----installation & upgrade guides

left pane-sap business suiteapplications- sap scm-sap snc--using 7.0

there you can fine upgrade master guide, download and refer

Dear Friends,

I have download the required software for upgrade the SCM 7.0.

Now I have started upgrade procedure but I am getting the error as below.

The requested Data Carrier is not mounted on any of the mount points

you entered.

Error during MID access - see preceeding messages.

java.io.FileNotFoundException: /usr/sap/DVP/upg/MID.XML (No such file or directory)

class com.sap.mid.mxp.UnspecificDataCarrierRequest:com.sap.sdt.bootstrap.BootStrap@39d85f79 incompatible with class java.io.File:nullPlease enter mount points for the DVDs required for the upgrade.

Enter at least the mount point for the DVD titled "Kernel DVD for OS HPUX_IA64 and Unicode"

I have downloaded the software in a directory /sapdump and I a giving the path of this directory in Extraction phase but it is giving the error.
