We are configuring UWL in a new EP 7 installation. Employees can create Leave requests and enter time in ESS. Managers get these work items in the UWL inboxes on the portal but when they click on them they get errors (two different ones depending on the type of work item).
When they click on a leave request in the Tasks the managers get
Service cannot be reached What has happened? URL http://portal.company.com:8000/webdynpro/dispatcher/sap.com/ess~lea/LeaveRequestApprover call was terminated because the corresponding service is not available.
When clicking on the Time Approval work item to view it's details we get a popup that doesn't completely load. There's a red "x" where an image should appear and it says "Please wait..." but nothing happens.
We have configured 3 UWL Systems (actually 2 are default systems) as per SAP documentation:
AdHocSystem -- AdHocWorkflowConnector ActionInbox -- ActionInboxConnector SAP_ECC_HumanResources -- WebFlowConnector
Have we configured something incorrectly or left out a step?
