Have done a fresh install several times. The program will not open when it is clicked. On restart, the DEP gives an infinate loop of blocking it even if I put Crystal in the exceptions or even turn it off except for essential windows programs.
Is there a solution for this?
Note: The program is full version and registered. It works fine on XP workstations. It works fine in Vista and Win7 workstations. It just will not work on the Server 2003 OS.
