DTR Issue

Hi All,

I am trying to complete the configurations required for DTR. As per the documentation i looged in for the first time using the Administrator account. Then i added a principal for the Root and gave all the privileges to that the Administrator user. I also gave all the priviliges to the Administrators group by adding a second principal. After which i created some Workspace folders and workspaces for my development project.

However when i restarted my server and logged in again with the Administrator account i am able to login but in the DTR Console i get errors <i><b>Reflection failed null</b></i>. Also when i try to expand the Workspace Folders and the workspaces i am getting the error as <i><b>Receiver not initialized</b></i>.

I am not able to see any folders under the workspace which i had created.

Please help me out with this. I have been stuck with this issue for quite some time now.

Hi Sidharth,

"receiver not initialized" might refer to an error that occurs with NetWeaver Developer Studio SP7 and SP8. Please compare SAP note 769921. This note contains a patch for the problem. With SP9 the bug is fixed.

Also i would add that all the menu's in the Permissions view like Add Principal are coming as disabled.
