form 16 wage types not appearing

Dear Gurus,

After running the live payroll run. In the form 16, The wage types bonus is not appearing in the form 16 annexure page #4, however the amount is correctly shown. Can anybody let me know what would be the reason. the evaluation class 06, gross salary is mapped to Bonus too and the wage type in table 512w_D is also marked with the same.

However the wage type is not appearing in form 16 annexure.

Well its typically dependent on Eval class 6 for the gross emoulments block of Form 16 annexure. But if it is not working after even configuring eval class 6, then probably you need to check with SAP.

I don't think so there should be problem from SAP side. Some thing is there in the configuration which I am unable to rectify.

Pls give any other alternate solution on high priority.

Create the text that you want to shown in form16 in table V_T52D4, after doing this assign the same in table 512w_d.
