Error in clock-in/out correction in ess

Dear All,

In sap required configuration is done as below for processing process:-

1) rule group-standard used

2) Define period for in/out correction:- a) processing not permitted on current day , (b) retroactive processing- 3 months, (c) processing depends on message .

3) Define processing period: a) used standard workflow. b) correction needs to be approved & enteries can not be deleted c) display field for next agent (ticked), d) Determine next agent (line manager).

when we try entering clock-in/out correction from ESS, we get error saying "date of correction is outside permitted posting period".

I surfed all post on sdn and cross checked configuration, still error is existing on portal.

Please guide me for correcting the same.
