Differnce in Budget column & Committment colum in Currencty Euro

Dear Experts,

In report Painter CJE3, i have created one form with respect form 12KST1A for object currency - EURO.

When i m booking budget in CJ30 - Euro 100000 & creting PO of Euro 50000.

after running report, in Commitment colum amount is showng Euro 50000, but in budget column & availble colum its showing lesser amount than Euro 100000 i.e.Euro 95220.

Why this difference in Budget column amount.

Please help.
