Variable - setting up number of entries can be viewed on search help F4..

Hi

We have created a custom variable on a custom master data object. when we want to see the entries using search help ie., F4 thru BEx, it only brings 35 entries, even there are more than 100 entries. Even after we click on globe for all entries it shows the limited amount of data. if we click on all entries(global), if we use filter option, then we can get all the entries. Is there any setting for this? any help is highly appreciated. We have BW 3.3 addon on 3.1C system.

Hi,

Please check the Infoobject definition. In RSD1 - Business Explorer tab - Query Def. Filter value selection - should be set to "M values in Master data table". With this setting you must be getting all the values listed thru F4 in your variable selection options screen.
