Can I change the login page(portal launcher) design

I need to change the design of the Welcome page. any sugesstions please.....

Jayanth,

if you only want to perform minor changes like:

- changing the colors

- changing the images

- removing the "need help", "register" links,

this can be done directly by portal configuration. The first one is done using the theme editor, the latter ones using UM-Properties (check the documentation and iview system administartion --> system configuration --> (portal --> ) user management configuration --> direct edit for these.

If you want to create a complete fresh welcome page, you would need to build your own java component for this. I suggest you download the SAP standard component from the portal and have a look into it.
