Where does BEx get system settings from?

Hi...

In some of our systems, when we run RRMX the BEx Analyser is launched fine, but it cannot connect to the server correctly. Ive finally tracked it down the the server details being passed to BEx not including the domain name. Where abouts does BEx get its server information from?
