Why is ISDN so much down lately?

Hi, I encounter lately difficulties accessing SDN. Last week I got stuff like Internal Server Error 500!

java.lang.NullPointerException

when simply posting a forum message. Yesterday and this morning I got messages that it was down for approx an hour for maintenance. Sometimes (one of the) server(s) is just restarting while I'm navigating through SDN. Service.sap.com is btw restarting frequently (more than every hour) too. I hope that it has nothing to do with EP6 (which is the only link between SDN and OSS, since we are planning an installation early next year and the troubles above make me worry a bit.

    Hello Eddy,

I apologize for the difficulty this is causing you. We are still investigating. So far we discovered some server settings that needed to be adjusted. We haven't found anything that is related to the EP6 software we are using.

    Best Regards,

    David
