Hi,
At what step exactly are you facing the error?

Hi,
DIR_TRANS and TRANSDIR should ideally match.
Can you please correct this via the domain controller.
Please check the STMS configuration and confirm whether you have
the Global Transport directory. If you have set Global transport
directory, the Transport groups should be the same for all 3 systems
in the TMS.
Check that the trans directory is properly mentioned
in STMS -> System Overview -> <Select System> -> Transport Tool Tab
and check transport tool.
Please refer following note
481910 Transport profile must be specified during the tp s
also check as below ,
1)The value DIR_TRANS in all the instance profile is the same as
TRANSDIR value in transport profile
2)You can access the DIR_TRANS from all the application server via
AL11 transaction

Aidan

Hi,
Via AL11 on each server, ensure the DIR_TRANS parameter value is
correct on all servers and by double clicking on the value, the
directory, sub-directories and files are all accessible.
Make sure that the 'transdir' parameter is set in the TP_DOMAIN_<SID>.
PFL (transport profiles ) for each system correctly.
Please also check note 201199 - Cannot access file &;
for details on how to set these correctly.

Aidan
Hi,
1)Can you check your SAPGLOBALHOST profile parameter value Instance profile in RZ10.Ensure that that this is same as SAPGLOBEHOST name of the same system Start profile .
SAPGLOBEHOST is name of the NT machine on which the global profile directory is physically located.Also check if DIR_PROFILE(say
<SAPGLOBALHOST>\sapmnt\<SID>\sys\profile\) directory path is assigned to the correct directory path in AL11 and start profile.
change the profile parameter accordingly and restart the Application server for the changes to be implemented.
2)Refer http://help.sap.com/saphelp_nw2004s/helpdata/en/3d/ad5b814ebc11d182bf0000e829fbfe/frameset and http://help.sap.com/saphelp_nw2004s/helpdata/en/3d/ad5b814ebc11d182bf0000e829fbfe/frameset.htm
check parameter TRANSDIR and TP parameter. Thanks.
