Crystal viewer is not appear in web forms when publish to web server

Dear experts,

I'm using VS2010 pro and have added Crystal Component (CRVS2011 SP01, downloaded from portal).

The viewer works fine in development mode.

when the time publishing it to the web server, i cannot see the viewer. Even i do refresh the viewer is not shown in the web page (only can see normal contents line buttons, text, combobox e.g.).

Any idea?

i'm have this problem, too.

make sure u have this structure:

c:\inetpub\wwwroot\aspnet_client\system_web\2_0_5c0727\crystalreportviewers13

c:\inetpub\wwwroot\aspnet_client\system_web\4_0_30319\crystalreportviewers13

if dont have, copy from this location.

Copy all files and folders from C:\Program Files\SAP BusinessObjects\Crystal Reports for .NET 4.0\Common\Crystal Reports 2011\crystalreportviewers\ to

aspnet_client\system_web\2_0_50727\crystalreportviewers13

aspnet_client\system_web\4_0_30319\crystalreportviewers13
