Hi,
I have set up campaign automation and process is as follows.
Main Campaign -> First Campaign Element ( To Send survey on Emails ) -> Decision Node ( Check for the survey Question and Answers ) -> Campaign Element with workflow to Add BP to target group with answer YES -> Campaign Element to generate call list.
I have started the process, I have received the email then I filled survey and it has created activity type '0000' in the system with the survey response and the PROCESS INBOUND action is executed.
I can see entries in table CRMD_MKTCA_CT_IN.
My next step of decision node and adding BP to target group is not executed.
Am I missing something in this. I have released all the campaign elements, survey versions are selected correctly, Decision node and follow up step rules are configured correct, dates are in place...!!!
Any help will be highly appreciated.
