Problems with STMS_QA

Hello Colleagues

We are having problems with some requests, there are requests that I check in Environment of Development and system show me that request is waiting be approved in STMS_QA.

when I will check this information in STMS_QA the system show me that request was approved.On the other hand there are requests with same date of release that was aproved

and appear in queue of production. This problem occur both for Customizing and workbench requests.

Our transport route is:

DEVELOPMENT->QUALITY(stms_qa)->VIR(VIRTUAL)->PRODUCTION.

Do you have idea about what is happen?

Hello marcos,

System is looking for virtul system to be part of Domain or Quality system.

Try re approving it if possible.

If possible rejoin the system to domain and try to distribute the configuration.

Hi,

check 3 things :

1. Is the status properly updated in TMSQWL,TMSQWLH and TMSQWLFH tables ?? check for the QASTSTUS field.

Ideally the request should move from TMSQWL to TMSQWLH with QASTATUS=A

2. Might be possible that the the control file for the respective transport request was not updated with the approval step. cross verify this.

3. It might be possible that another add to buffer was called after the request was approved. You will find this in the ulog file.

It seems the buffer is not refreshing properly ...

try to rename the existing buffer and create a new one and see
