Shipment cost control

Our business requirement is to have control over creation of shipment cost document till the PGI / PGR is done against the delivery. Please confirm if such control is available in customisation,

Hi,

For each shipment cost type, you can control it at the Header (Details screen) on the overall shipment status (Status 1 to 7) before a shipment cost document may be created.

We can control the shipment creation via delivery blocks but I'm not sure if we can control shipment cost creation based on PGR/PGI, via standard SAP.

However, the below BADI can be used to achieve what you are looking for.
