How to add automatically a text while using FB1S?

When we post using the FB1S to clear G/L accounts, the text on the header (Field BKTXT) and in the line items (SGTXT) are empty. Is it possible using customizing to input a standard text here without using any substitution rule?

Hi,

Do you mean the header text end line items of a clearing document, that you create? There is no customization which would control it... You'll have to write a user-exit if you want to insert some information in these fields.

P.S. Under classical G/L, clearing document would not create lines.
