[IS-Oil] Problems creating loading via FM OIGI_LOADING_CREATE

I'm a newbie in the IS-Oil TD area. I have a task to investigate and use FM 'OIGI_LOADING_CREATE' and 'OIGI_DEL_CONF_CREATE' in order to create TD loading and TD delivery confirmation. My routine should skip QCI check, if possible - there is no info for it in my input data.

Could someone please point me where to find info on proper usage of these FMs? Corresponding FM docu is completely insufficient 😔

Many thanks in advance.

Best regards.

P.S. Let me clarify:

I'm not obligated to use this interface, but we didn't found any other interface to create Loading Confirmation and Delivery Confirmation (both in IS-Oil Transport&Distribution) from an external data/system, so if someone have any hint on what interface to use (IDoc, BAPI), I would be highly appreciate for suggestion.

the problem was solved using these FM-s. There is no possibility to avoid usage of QCI stuff, but it is possible to get needed default QCI-data (which depends on material and plant only) from the relevant tables: OIB_DEF_INDEX_GM and OIB_DEFAULTS. In case of proper usage and population with data FMs works just as expected.
