How to extend 0CRM_MKTELM by CRM 4.0?

Does anybody know how it is possible to extend 0CRM_MKTELM, which is loaded directly from CRM server?

I've put 2 new fields in trade promotions mask in CRM (sell in and sell out date) and now I need to populate the corresponding infoobjects in BW.

With CRM no data source, no enhancement ecc.

0CRM_MKTELM is loaded directly with a push technology from CRM server through mapping structures (via spro)
