Dear all

I am applying SAPKE60413 through SAPM.

The support package strucked in the stage :--- " Execution of reports after put ended with return code 12"

Even it was not throwing any error, The phase is running for a long hours.

Dear SAP Gurus' can anyone explain me, how to overcome this issue.

- check the RDDEXECL job that was running. might be it got aborted due to some object inconsistency.

Error in the ABAP Application Program

The current ABAP program "SAPMSSY1" had to be terminated because it has

come across a statement that unfortunately cannot be executed.

Error analysis

The logon data for the user "DDIC " is incomplete.

How to correct the error

If, during an RFC (Remote Function Call), an explicit user

or an explicit client is requested, you must enter an explicit

password for the user (see Transaction SM59).

Information on where terminated

Termination occurred in the ABAP program "SAPMSSY1" - in

"REMOTE_FUNCTION_CALL".

The main program was "SAPMSSY1 ".

In the source code you have the termination point in line 67

of the (Include) program "SAPMSSY1".

Internal notes

The termination was triggered in function "isignon_do_it"

of the SAP kernel, in line 182 of the module

"//bas/701_REL/src/krn/rfc/absignon.c#5".

The internal operation just processed is "CALY".

Internal mode was started at 20110529101255.

3) The user DDIC having SAP_all access and it is not locked.

The Cancelled job, what i have posted -- it is showing 29.03.2011 1, it is long back.

But this cancelled job affects any thing.

Hi Vamsi,

I assume you are sure that this short dump is occured by the import error. Under this circumstance, it is open that there is a problem with DDIC user. So, I have a recommendation;

Go to SU01, try to change a info field (for example Last name) and save it. While saving the user, look at the status bar for a warning or an error.

Dear all

I tried with latest R3trans verssion, and restart the phase.

Now it is showing, "Inconsistency delete all the queue and repeat again".

But while i am trying to reset the queue, it is not allowing, it is showing "You cant reset the queue in this phase"

Open an OSS call and let them have a look and they will reset the queue from OS level.

Hi Vamsi,

As the system noted that you will not be able to reset the queue, during this phase. So, you should fix the error and continue to the process. You should find the root cause, I mean. It is really hard to fix this problem without connecting to your system. At this stage, I recommend you open a ticket to SAP AGS.

Dear all

The SAP reseted the Queue and still i am facing the issue, while i am importing the support package.

The support package is going to struck, it is not completely importing, right now in my case it is strucked in "MAIN IMPORT" phase.

Even it is not throwing any error.

I have checked in the log files , it is shoeing SID.LOB file already in use.

But in my tmp directory, that file is not there.

Please suggest, why the support package is getting strucked.

Today, when i excute any tcode in the same machine, it is showing dump.

Hi Vamsi,

Which support package did you stuck on? Is it the same package (SAPKE60413)? Did you imported latest SPAM version into the system, before the import?

I suggest you open an OSS ticket in order to investigate the problem, on the site. Because, it will take a very long time to solve this problem, without connecting to your system.

There might be many reasons to cause this error such as "Objects are not active", "Import is cancelled due to object missing","Program terminated due to job 'RDDEXECL' is not

working".So, take a look at Note 485479 - R3trans: 2EETW152 Cannot open file "/usr/sap/trans/tmp/...". In order to get more information, check log files under "/usr/sap/trans/log".
