Most of the sample ALV reports start with BC, you might search for BCALV

This report would be of use to you : BCALV_TEST_HIERSEQ_LIST

      Hi Shankara,

BCALV_TEST_HIERSEQ_LIST is quite simple, actually. Nevertheless, I shall do my best what it does.

For Hierarchial ALV Report, the function module used is REUSE_ALV_HIERSEQ_LIST_DISPLAY.

There are two tables required. One is the header level table, and the other is the item level table. For example, EKKO and EKPO. If you have the required entries in EKKO and corresponding entries in EKPO, you need to pass the name of the internal table in i_tabname_header and i_tabname_item parameter and the tables in t_outtab_header and t_outtab_item.

To generate the fieldcatalog, you need to pass all the fields that should be shown in the output. In the above program, this is done in f01_set_fcat subroutine.

In the keyinfo, you have to mention the link between the two tables.

If anything is not clear, do let us know.

      Regards,

      Subramanian V.
