CO-PA for characteristic (KES1) - SAPL0KEA

Hi All,

I've problem when config CO-PA for characteristic (KES1) and its displayed :

The following syntax error occurred in program "SAPL0KEA " in include "L0KEAT00

" in

line 433:

"The Dictionary structure or table "*T2580" is either not active or doe"

"s not exist."

I've check t2580 in se11 .. it's showed that table didnot exists ...

then i've my basis implement oss note 64990 & 942784 ... and i run se38 for RKEAGENV , it displayed :

Delete function module TABLEFRAME_ from function group 0KEA

Delete function module TABLEPROC_ from function group 0KEA

program RKEAGENV already same with the OSS 101940 ...

I've run se38 : RKEAGENF and re-generate again my operating concern ... but there was the same error, when i used RKEAGENV ...

then i create again char but with assign table t2580, but still showed the errors when i used KES1 but now in :

line 433:

"s not exist."

I've check t2581 in se11 .. it's showed that table didnot exists ...

Is there any solution?

Hi,

Please run RKEAGENV and RKEAGENF and regenerate the operating concern and check if that helps

Dear Waman,

I've been do that for over and over again ... but the problem still same ... when run RKEAGENV still having problem :

Delete function module TABLEFRAME_ from function group 0KEA

Delete function module TABLEPROC_ from function group 0KEA

and I can't using KES1 ..

Hi David,

Can you please check the data elements you are trying use in the characteristics creation.

some times if there is inconsistent data element can also cause error in generation of characteristics

Hi Kalpesh,

I tried in DEV server first ... before going to QAS ... and yes .. I created some Custom CHAR ... and the Error was happened ...

Any ideas ?

Hi Kalpesh,

The error happened in DEV Server and i've been " chehk " for the CHAR and it's ok also the data element is RKEG_WW007 since my CHAR is WW007...

Hi David,

As I understand, the notes which you have mentioned should have resolved your problem.

Please check the table TVDIR, you can search T25* table list. you may get clue.

Other best thing is to raise OSS message ( I m sure you must have raised by now). some times its difficult to understand what is going wrong without looking at the system.

Hi,

In the standard system the functions that should exist for the function group 0KEA are TABLEFRAME_0KEA and TABLEPROC_0KEA.

Entries like TABLEFRAME_XXXX and TABLEPROC_XXXX 'XXXX' being space are in this group by mistake. Somehow these funtions were created in the function group 0KEA.

They can be deleted since are incorrectly included in this function group.

After deletion please regenerate operating concern

Afterwards generation of views via RKEAGENV should proceed successfuly.

Hi Waman,

Thanks for your post, i have done the same thing as per your mentioned in comment, the only thing is i have not execute another program i.e RKEAGENF, only first program i.e (RKEAGENV) i have run and checked the T.Code KES1 its working fine. Thank you so much.

We are using S4 HANA ,

Is it required to run RKEAGENF ?
