CIC0 images on objects Contract/ Contract Account / Installation

Dear Experts,

On CIC0, under the environment tab, Object Contract has several associated symbol depending on the state of the installation for example, a green light in Electricity is Active, a cross if a move out is done etc. How can I add other symbols/images either on the contract / contract account / installation / Device

I need this so that when user come on CIC0, he can promptly identify that this account is under query .

Hi Malini,

This is possible using configuration: SAP Utilities --> Customer Service --> Customer Interaction Center --> Define Data Environment for Navigation Area.
