average monthly billing

Hi All,

Currently my client provides average monthly billing facility to its customer. In the current legacy system it is calculated based on last 12 months consumption amount.

I have to map this process into SAP IS-U, I know SAP provide budget billing procedure for such requirements. I don't have prior experience in BB.

Please guide me how I can achieve it (step by step).
