Is there any update on the following bug? When can we expect a fix for this issue? This is causing serious issues for our end users when printing Crystal Reports documents and we'd like a fix as soon as possible. Thank you.

That KB should have had a bug tracking number attached to it; ADAPT01506906

Looking at the ADAPT, it is set by R&D as "Rejected". Reason; "By Design".
