Account determination for Val. Area

Hi gurus,

I have made modifications to the account determination for Val. Areas in tx. OMWD. However when I save the changes, it doesn´t ask me for any transport order. So I try to transport it using the menu "Table View ---> Transport". After a new order is created, then I release it, transport order then exported to production client, but changes are not reflected in PRD.

What am I missing?

Hi,

Please check with Basis for the New Requests Object Creation for Transport in the Dev / QA Client and ask them to enable the functionality of Creation of Requests in the Client.

Hi,

There is nothing called " transport order" when you make any changes to customizing client (server), any changes a "transport request" will be generated.Use t.code:SCC4, check whether client setting done for not generating request.

Select your development client(customizing client ) and double click; system will take to new screen,Now check u201Cchanges and transport for client specificsu201D Tab and select u201Cautomatic recording of changesu201D and save.Consult your Basis Consultant.

Once TR( transport request) created, then release it in t.code: SE01 and in PRD client(SERVER) import it with t.code: STMS_IMPORT

I am sorry, I did a literal translation from spanish to english and as it often happens this doesn't work well in SAP. Thanks for your help anyway.
