Any suggestions on how to delete work items in SAP Inbox if workflow already processed and PR and PO are already deleted?

Hi,

If the workitems are of no use then you can make use of the transaction SWWL.

Hi Gurus,

Thanks to your suggestion, another question what the advantages and disadvantages when I use the SWWL?

The work items stucked in SAP inbox already proccesed and the PR and PO already deleted what will be the impact when I use SWWL in the Production?

Hello,

If you use SWWL in Production, you could be deleted from your current position!

The auditors don't like it, and it's unnecessary. Logically delete a workflow instance that is no longer required.

Hi,

As Pavan already mentioned you can use SWWL (or report RSWWWIDE). This report also has a "Recipient" selection field so you can enter the user ID to makse sure you have the correct work items. You need to eb extremely careful about deleting work items in your Production system as once the data is deleted it is gone.

Hi,

You should model these workflows in such a way that deletion or approval outside the workflow will complete the workitem.

You can use SWIA to manually complete the top_id of the workflow.
