Repetative manufacturing

Dear experts,

In the production version i have changed the workcenter and did executed mfbf for GR/GI/ACT booking but activity is being booking under previous work center .Can any body suggest how to resolve this issue.

Dear Krishnamohan,

Once after doing any modifications in BOM/routing or rate routing modifications goto KKF6N--->enter the material,plant,select

the production version and select the icon for change mode and once again calculate the preliminary cost estimate by hitting the

cost calculator icon and save and then check the results by backflushing in MFBF whether the system is picking the updated

work center.

Dear sir,

I have done these steps in our staging server.

1.mm02

mrp4

production version

chaged the production line from w1 to w2

save

2.kkf6n

gave the material and plant

in the left side i got the production line (check box)

change mode

clicked on calculator symbol

save

3.mfbf

no change activity is being booked to w1 only

Dear Krishna,

Changing the work center in the production version details will not book the activity under the new work center,you have to

make the necessary modifications in the routing/rate routing that you have assigned in the production version of the material

and then do a new preliminary cost estimate and then check the results.

Check and revert
